Im not sure if this website will TAKE recommendations, but I’d love to give one…
Definitely put out some info, or whatever, of William Basinski.. he is by far my most favorite ambient artists, ever. He uses old tape loops he made 20+ years ago, and manipulates them, and gets the most beautiful/melancholic sounds imagineable. Every one of his works, to me, is truly extraordinary.. Except for his album The River.. not so great…
